Danielle Aldred, BN, BSc - An olympic weightlifting competitor herself, Dani is a passionate trainer who strives to bring out the best in her athletes. Her positive and fun attitude in the gym makes her classes very enjoyable. Dani holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario where she majored in medical sciences. She recently completed her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Calgary. Dani enjoys exploring different aspects of nutrition and training while working with her athletes to find the best approach to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Sean Bruce-Hayes - Sean is a devoted trainer that spends every day trying to learn more about health and fitness. He completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario. Sean spent six years in the Infantry with the Canadian Forces, including a seven-month tour to Afghanistan in 2006. Since returning from Afghanistan, he has been involved in preparing soldiers for deployment both in the military as an instructor and with CrossFit as a trainer. Sean is honest and upfront with his athletes because of his desire for everyone to reap the benefits of good health and fitness.
